21-12-09 Preparing your Business's Financial Future
On Thursday, December 9 at 5:30PM, the Path Forward and partners are hosted a free virtual event for local Black-owned businesses and entrepreneurs. During the session, participants heard a presentation from the Louisville Small Business Development Center regarding budgeting and cash flow; leveraging financial projections; and funding options (grants, loans, investors). This was followed by a special presentation from Hope Credit Union on a new loan program with lending up to $250,000. This is one of many opportunities intended to help Black businesses start-up, stabilize, and scale. Interested individuals can register to attend by visiting https://lul.org/event/rtbi129/.
Partners involved in planning the event included the Louisville Urban League, AMPED’s Russell Technology Business Incubator, Louisville Small Business Development Center, Buy Black Lou, the Black Business Association, and Hope Credit Union.
